The Heater Guys collects only the information you choose to provide when contacting us, such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about your service request.

We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule service, provide estimates, and communicate about requested work. We do not sell personal information.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and provides cookie-free traffic measurement. Google Analytics also measures website usage. When you submit the form, Cloudflare processes the request and MailerSend delivers the notification email to The Heater Guys. These providers process information only to operate, secure, measure, and deliver the requested service.

Cloudflare processes network information, including your IP address, to deliver and protect the site. A submitted inquiry may include an approximate city or region, browser and device details, screen and viewport size, pages viewed, time on site, a query-free landing path, referral origin, approved campaign parameters, ad click identifiers, and submit time. This helps us respond to inquiries, understand lead sources, and identify spam.

First-party attribution is stored in your browser using localStorage for up to 90 days and sessionStorage for the current visit. It does not follow you across unrelated websites. You can remove stored data through your browser settings.

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide service, keep business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
